In order to ship your motor vehicle across to Cyprus you will need an array of documents, which are needed for both EU members and non EU members. These documents are as follows:

• OBL or express Waybill
• Original Vehicle Registration Document
  in Owner's name.
• Owner’s current Driving Licence
• Cyprus Insurance Cover
• Car’s registration, chassis and engine
  number must appear on the OBL
• House contract showing rental or
  purchase of the property is required
  
  

It should be noted that the owner’s presence during clearance is required in order for the motor vehicle to be released to you. You will also have to pay port charges and handling fees, this can often be time consuming so expect to be there for an entire morning.

Once your motor vehicle has been released to you in Cyprus you must register your car within 28 days and also sort out your road tax. It is important that once you have your car in your possession in Cyprus that you do not sell, dispose of or hire your vehicle out without prior approval of the Director of Customs.

• Bike’s registration, chassis and engine
  number must be mentioned on the OBL
• Driving License
• Original Registration document of the Bike
• Cyprus Insurance cover

As well as these documents there are also certain restrictions that surround the shipping of motor bikes to Cyprus, these are aspects such as you have to have owned the motor bike for at least six months.
